Here at the Frost Meadow Review, we can’t believe another season has flown by! We are proud to be releasing Volume 4 to our readers and expanding our readership! This volume features Richard Foerster whose poems are haunting and beautiful. His collection of 13 poems is followed by an interview in which he shares some of his inspiration, strategy and wisdom with us all. We are so honored to be presenting his work and thoughts.
